By using TeraDownloader you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The privacy policy explains what happens to the information involved, and forms part of these terms.

What this service is

TeraDownloader is a free utility that reads the file list of a TeraBox share link you provide, then lets you save a file from that share or play a video from it in your browser. It is a convenience layer over a link you already have. It does not circumvent any access control, it cannot reach files that have not been shared, and it cannot recover a share that has been deleted or has expired.

• Downloads are delivered by TeraBox. A file you save comes directly from TeraBox's own servers.
• Playback shows TeraBox's streaming version. The online player plays a version TeraBox prepares for streaming, which is not always the original file. Use the download for the exact file the uploader stored.
• Files are not altered or kept. We do not re-encode, watermark or store anything you download or play.
• Links are personal. Download and play links work only for the person who looked up the share, from their network, and expire after a few hours. To pass a file on, share the TeraBox link itself.

Where a share is protected by a password, that password must be supplied by you. We do not guess, brute-force, or bypass it.

Acceptable use

You may use this service to:

• Download or play files you uploaded to TeraBox yourself.
• Download or play files from a share you have been given, where you have the rights holder's permission to keep or view a copy.
• Preview a file to confirm what it is before saving it.

You may not use this service to:

• Download, redistribute, or monetise content you do not own and have not been licensed.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Obtain or distribute material that is unlawful to possess or share.
• Attempt to reach files that have not been shared, or to defeat a share password you were not given.
• Reach a share that has been withheld here after a copyright notice by any other route.
• Call the service from another website or app, publish, embed or resell its player or download links, or present it as part of your own product.
• Run automated, bulk, or scripted requests, scrape the service, or attempt to bypass the rate limits.
• Probe, overload, or disrupt the service or the infrastructure it depends on.
• Do anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.

Copyright and takedowns

All downloaded content remains the property of its copyright holder. You are solely responsible for how you use anything you download or play, and for obtaining any permission you need.

We may withhold any share from this service at any time — in particular after a valid copyright notice, as described in our copyright policy. A withheld share is refused for lookups, downloads and playback alike. If you believe content has been used in a way that infringes your rights, the copyright policy explains how to tell us.

Relationship to TeraBox

TeraDownloader is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TeraBox, Flextech Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. "TeraBox" is their trademark. Your use of TeraBox itself is governed by their own terms, which are between you and them — and a download from TeraBox's servers is a download from TeraBox. Using a third-party tool with a service may be restricted by that service's terms; reviewing them is your responsibility.

Availability and changes

The service is provided free of charge with no uptime commitment. It depends on TeraBox, which we do not control, so it can break without notice. Rate limits apply per address. We may change, rate-limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We make no promise that a file you download or play is complete, accurate, safe to open, or what its name says it is — it is whatever the person who shared it uploaded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your use of downloaded content, including claims of copyright infringement.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated; the date at the top of the page reflects the last change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
